Michael J. Marcinczyk, MD, FACS, RVT

Dr. Marcinczyk received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and his general surgery training at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania. In 1998 he completed his vascular surgery fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. In 2001 Dr. Marcinczyk joined Norfolk Surgical Group - Vascular Division. As a result of the merger of two separate vascular surgery groups, Dr. Marcinczyk recently began practicing with Sentara Vascular Specialists where he serves on its board of directors.

Dr. Marcinczyk is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), a Registered Vascular Technologist, and is certified by the American Board of Surgery in general and vascular surgery. He is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia.

Dr. Marcinczyk has admitting privileges at all of the hospitals located in Norfolk, Chesapeake, and Virginia Beach.
